1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 500tk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website accessible at 500tk.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs (collectively, the "500tk Platform" or "Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the 500tk Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 500tk Platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available at 500tk.io/terms-conditions. We recommend bookmarking that page and reviewing it periodically, as we may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 14.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 500tk Platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the exclusive currency of the 500tk Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 500tk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 500tk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not met. Any funds held in an underage account will be returned to the payment source used for the most recent deposit.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 500tk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify support immediately.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to one of the supported payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes. 500tk is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 500tk Platform is designed for and primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 500tk makes no representation that its Services are legal or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and expressly disclaims all liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, 500tk is required to verify the identity of the account holder in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification is also triggered by certain account activity thresholds or at the Platform's discretion at any time.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of your residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• A selfie holding your ID alongside a handwritten note with today's date and "500tk"
• Screenshot or confirmation of your registered payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) showing your name and mobile number

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. 500tk aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within 30 calendar days of a request may result in account restriction and the return of uncontested funds to the last deposit source.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

500tk accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 500tk Platform is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher daily and weekly deposit limits. Specific limits applicable to your Account are displayed within the Cashier interface.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account. 500tk does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 500tk bears no responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your 500tk Account, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) wagered any active bonus funds to the full stated wagering requirement; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a method that supports withdrawals. Accounts with an active ongoing security review are not eligible for withdrawal until the review is resolved.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. The standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash: 2–4 hours from approval
• Nagad: 2–4 hours from approval
• Rocket: 2–4 hours from approval
• Upay: 2–6 hours from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

Processing times begin from the point at which the withdrawal is approved by the 500tk payments team, which typically occurs within 1 business hour during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (10:00–22:00).

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

500tk does not charge any platform-side fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own receiving fees, which are outside 500tk's control and for which 500tk accepts no liability.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day are set by your account tier and verification status, and are displayed in the Cashier section. Players on the VIP programme may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits — contact support for details applicable to your Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards ("Bonuses") offered by 500tk are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account. Before bonus funds (or any winnings generated from bonus funds) can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance, the full wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in eligible bets to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

500tk actively monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk; registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, and the Account may be suspended at 500tk's sole discretion.

7.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 500tk Platform are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the game interface or the 500tk Help Centre. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 500tk does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets except where a game or market error has occurred as determined solely by 500tk.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game round that prevents the round from completing, all affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. 500tk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• For sports betting markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled using real-time data feeds; in the event of a data feed error, 500tk reserves the right to void and re-settle affected markets using official result data.
• All game outcomes on the 500tk Platform are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer draws conducted under controlled studio conditions, as applicable to each game type.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 500tk Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balance:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from any illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, performing unauthorised chargebacks, or any other form of fraudulent conduct directed at 500tk or other Players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macro programs, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, whether for play, deposits, or withdrawals. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered Account holder.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction on the Platform to gain funds to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
• Harassment: Using Platform communication channels, including live chat, to harass, threaten, or abuse 500tk staff or other Players.

500tk reserves the right to report any conduct it reasonably suspects constitutes financial crime to relevant authorities in Bangladesh and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 500tk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 500tk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 500tk Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any 500tk trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

500tk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 500tk.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during account registration, KYC verification, and platform usage is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalised promotional communications (where opted in). 500tk does not sell personal data to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

500tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to protect players from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account Settings dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced during the active period.

• Loss of funds resulting from Account suspension due to breach of these Terms
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service failures
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform — all betting and gaming is conducted at the Player's own financial risk
• Any indirect loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 500tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

500tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — 500tk will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the contact information held on their Account.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or additions that are purely beneficial to Players), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 500tk Platform shall first be submitted to the 500tk customer support team for informal resolution. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly, and our support team will acknowledge any formal complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief through the courts of Bangladesh where necessary to prevent immediate harm.
